Fuji Fastener started fasteners trading business in year 2002 supplied fasteners directly to various types of manufacturing factory. Three years later, in order to capture the rapid grow of special or tailor-made fasteners business, we are ventures into fasteners manufacturing business to serve our customers better.
Fasteners are relatively having lower cost in a finished product which consist of many components and parts, usually less than 1 % of the total parts cost. At the same time, fasteners usually classified as critical parts which failures will affected badly in the product quality and sometimes may harm human life.
Fuji Fastener implemented tight quality control in all our business process to ensured our fasteners quality. We had been accredited ISO 9001 Quality Management System by TUV, the Germany Accredited Body since year 2008. We also invested the automatic optical sorting machine to eliminate the human error in the fasteners sorting process.
Fuji Fastener also providing fasteners kitting services which combined multiple fasteners into one fastener part by either re-pack it into one hardware pack, minor assembly it into one part or re-design and tailor-made it become one part. This will save our customers manufacturing assembly time, cost down and speed up total production cycle time.
